*Plus the required Fl. county & state tourist tax of 9%.   All rates are subject to change and are in US Currency.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  We require a $200 security deposit for the condos, and a $300 security deposit, plus a cleaning fee for the house.

Condo and home rates are based upon a 6 person limit accommodation.  All units/homes are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and upon departure.  The Cape House sleeps 8 comfortably, but there is a $50 charge for each person over the 6 person amount up to a total of 10 persons.
